Who are we:
With over 30 years experience in Hospitality our founder believed that it was time for him to input his experience in helping the struggling sector. Noticing that companies are struggling to reach their targets and find the right talent for their business, he launched RecruiTalent#6 so he can provide all his expertise to help in finding the right talents for businesses. RecruiTalent#6 was created so companies can focus more in running their operations while we do the hard job of finding the right talent to run their business. RecruiTalent#6 is built with people that worked and still work in hospitality therefore we are aware that recruitment takes a big part of the time in the industry. Our goal is that we can reduce the time companies spend looking for the right talent and therefore this time can be spent in running their business.
However, RecruiTalent#6 is not only focused in the companies, at RecruiTalent#6 we understand that there are a lot of talented people out there that can make a difference but were never given a chance. Our focus will be to discover these hidden gems and bring them to the right company, and we understand that different environments demand different talent, therefore we will focus in finding the right environment for the right talent. We want to make sure that everyone has a fair chance to show their potential and shine their light in what they do best.
The focus of RecruiTalent#6 will be to find the right Manager, the right Chef and the right person for the job, and also we will commit to finding the right job for any Chef or manager or person who is looking for their next step in their Hospitality career.
